Ensuring that every document is signed and notarized where it is needed, making certain that the signature affidavit is correct and completed correctly, able to walk the borrower through the Closing Disclosure, the Note and the Deed of Trust, making certain that the Uniform Loan Application has the required initials / signatures and that the Right to Cancel is fully explained. 

I am certified with the NNA, Loan Signing Service, Notary2Notary, and am continuing my education through my notary peer groups.
