Arizona commissioned mobile notary, and I currently have 212 signings. I have a $1mil E&O through Biberk and background Check from the NNA and is good thru the end of September 2024. I believe in punctuality and that there cannot be enough communication. Docs will be sent same day when possible. Based in Goodyear "BUT I DO" travel wherever is needed to complete a signing. I except long travels and short notices. Most of my signings have been an average 150+ miles away. With over 20yrs of experience providing excellent customer service, I understand the frustration and inconvenience mistakes cause, which is why I always triple check my work before shipping docs. Signing Agent certified with the NNA, Loan Signing System, and Notary2Pro. Mistakes if any will be. fixed ASAP, and I will never Negotiate extra to fix ANY mistakes (mine or not). Packaging docs (when asked) is included in my fee for fee. I'm available 24/7, willing to travel, last minute signings, and will never be late to an appointment. Thank you for your consideration.
