With over 13 years of experience as a Mortgage Underwriter, I’ve gained extensive knowledge of the loan documents and overall mortgage process. This expertise enables me to explain the loan documents clearly and thoroughly in a way that is easy to understand. In addition to my strong empathetic skills, I am known for being professional, reliable, highly organized, and detail oriented. I know how important it is to ensure all documents are properly signed, initialed, and dated, and I triple check everything before signing is complete. I have a mobile scanner for signings that require scan backs and documents will be returned on time. I’m certified through NNA and Loan Signing System as well as bonded and insured.
