I am a Fidelity approved NNA certified Loan Signing Agent and Notary. 
I carry $1,000,000 EO insurance through Biberk. 

My goal is to make sure everything is done right the first time, on time and to make my clients happy.

I have experience with Real Estate/Purchase and Sellers documents, closing docs, escrow docs and finance docs- including trust/trustee and attorney-in-fact transactions. 

I have experience with Mortgage/Lender documents such as purchase, refinance, HELOC, reverse mortgage, VA, HUD, Pivate money/hard money lenders and Debt/Credit restructuring. 

I have experience with Legal documents, such as will, trusts, and documents taking into jails for inmates.
