My name is Fadi Odeh Rahib. I am a notary public and a certified NNA loan signing agent. I have been doing this for 3 years and I love I have experience in performing   signings for Refinance/Heloc,  Reverse Mortgage and purchase/sale.I also perform signings for FHA, VA, and Conventional loans. I have experience with real estate documents like Grand Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Notice of Right to Cancel, Closing Disclosures, Uniform Residential Loan Application. I also complete the Acknowledgment and Jurat certificates for real estate and loan documents that require notarization. I can take last minute signings as well. I perform functions of signing services which include: coordinating the signing appointment, receiving of documents, duplicating the closing documents for the signer, transmitting of fax, delivering to shipping center, protecting the documents while in care and custody, Presenting the closing documents to the signer, notarizing the closing documents, supervising the signatures of the documents signed by the parties
