I've been in the real estate industry since 1996.  I started working with The Money Store Corporate office in Houston, TX. I worked in various positions through the company.  I moved to California and wanted to stay in the industry.  I got licensed as a loan officer in 2000. I stopped working in 2005 to take care of my babies. My husband was a mortgage broker, and had trouble getting Spanish speaking notaries to sign his loans. He asked me, if I could help him and get my license. I got my commission in  2006. I only did it to help him.  I got certified through NNA to sign loan documents.  I had no idea signing companies, banks, title/escrow companies and lenders were also going to contact me to do loan signings for them.  Being bilingual has helped me do more signings, since the documents will never be done in Spanish. I also do work for attorneys, financial advisors, loan officers and realtors. I always follow every signing instruction that is given to me. I am detail oriented, dress appropriately for every signing and love what I do!
