I am a licensed mobile notary that specializes in the mortgage industry and closing documents.  My qualifications for this come from the extensive education and training that I have completed to be certified, all based on the industry standard.  I have been background screened and certified to meet compliance requirements for the companies that I perform assignments for.  My active notary commission is from the state of Alabama; as well, I am National Notary Association certified and Loan Signing System certified.

I understand what a vital role I have to ensure that real estate processes are completed according to the law.  I always focus on delivering a successful closing.  I review documents before I go to the appointment, so if I have any questions, I can call whoever gave me the job to clarify any doubt on how to handle the signing.  I want to do the job right the first time. I plan, manage, and coordinate every appointment to prevent any delays.

I love the area of Alabama that I live in - Huntsville's booming economy is being driven by a mix of private and public sectors including aerospace, defense, technology, and education. My goal is to put buyers, sellers, and those refinancing at ease by focusing on delivering a successful closing!
