You can rely on me to notarize your loan closing packages effectively and efficiently.  I can administer oaths, complete affidavits, Grant Deeds, Power-of-Attorney, General Release Forms, Bank Documents, PCORs, Mortgage/Deed of Trust, Grant Trusts, Right to Cancel, Name Affidavits, Acknowledgements, Loan/Mortgage Closing Documents, Loan Refinance or Modifications, and other documents. My name is Sylvia D Sargeant and I own and operate NextLevel Notaries Public and Signing Agents in Huntsville, Alabama.  As part of the North Alabama Community, the area is transitioning from a rural community to a metropolitan type community, therefore it is not unusual to travel up to 70-80 miles to complete loan documents.  I have 25+ years of experience as a Notary Public who is also a Certified Notary Signing Agent since 2020.  I have $100K in E&O insurance as well.  I provide courteous, prompt, and professional services! I will visit clients anywhere within the state of Alabama, to provide general notarization and loan closing services for a reasonable fee. As a notary, I provide these services with minimum interruption to each client’s busy day or scheduled activities.  I schedule appointments from 8 am - 5 pm, thus I am on the road between 7 am - 7 pm depending on the assignment.
