Hello! My name is Sarah Renae Fradue. I currently reside in San Antonio, Texas and I am a Texas Notary Public, Online Notary Public and Signing Agent. I obtained training through the Loan Signing System with Mark Wills and have $1 million in E&O. As of today, I have signed and completed numerous closing (refinances, loan modifications, seller purchases, reverse mortgages, etc.) through various notary platforms in Bexar, Bandera, Wilson, Comal, Guadalupe and Travis counties. Being apart of the Court Reporting community for over 10 years, accuracy is a must. I am a very meticulous person who pays extreme attention to detail and analyze each and every document to ensure all signatures, initials and dates are properly filled out and completed. I provide excellent customer service and proficient with all associated documents. I am also knowledgeable in all notary laws and strictly stand by them when representing all clients.
