I am a commissioned, NNA certified and background screened, Notary Signing Agent servicing the following counties: Bexar, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina, and Wilson. With having over 15 years of customer service experience in the telecommunications industry, I am well qualified to provide excellent customer service with attention to detail and good communication skills. When completing notarizations, I always adhere to the National Notary Association Standard Code of Conduct by properly identifying the signer(s), making sure the signer(s) is/are aware of the documents they are signing, and by never forcing a signer(s) to sign documents or provide the signer(s) with legal advice. Also, I am a member of the National Notary Association and always stay up to date with all notary laws and procedures. All loan signings will be conducted in a professional manner. During a loan signing, I will provide a brief description of the documents and instruct the signer on where to sign/date/initial. I will keep my clients informed throughout the signing process. In the event the signer have any questions or concerns regarding the documents, I will immediately contact the appropriate party (Title/Escrow company, Signing Service, etc.) to make sure the signer's questions are being answered. In order to make sure signed documents are free of errors, I will meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that all signatures, dates, initials, and notarial acts are completed properly. Before leaving the signing location and shipping documents, I will double and triple check those documents to make sure there are no missing signatures, dates, or initials. By doing this, I will be able to provide my clients and the signers confidence in knowing that their documents are delivered on time and free of errors.
