My main goal is to keep you informed (via email, text or phone) about the status of any signing order. For example, before I proceed with any order I carefully read the notary instructions. I know that being a Signing Agent is very meticulous work. Any small oversight like the wrong color of ink or forgetting to collect funds can delay a loan. Everything is time sensitive. It is important that deadlines are met so that documents are signed on the agreed date. If the date is changed then everything needs to be redrafted with a new date. This can be inconvenient and time consuming for everyone involved especially the signer. My job requires adhering to strict deadlines while at the same time delivering the best customer service. I am one of the few people the signer(s) remember(s), therefore, I need to give a good first impression of the company/individual I represent.
