I'm a California public notary based in Los Angeles County who is NNA certified and LSS certified. I got into this business to support my family. Right before COVID hit, my daughter was diagnosed with leukemia. As a result, my wife became my daughter's full-time caretaker and we lost half of our income. As such, I decided to become an NSA to help supplement that lost income. This is not a sob story, however. Let me show you what I am capable of!

My main goal is to help grow your business by ensuring your clients have an amazing closing experience! I come from a sales and customer service background so I am able to walk your clients through the documents by briefly summarizing each doc and answering any questions along the way. For loan signings, I read the documents and instructions thoroughly to ensure accuracy. I know notary mistakes are common so here are some of the mistakes I make sure I DO NOT make in order to have a successful signing:

·         No missed signatures or notarial stamps

·         No missed signatures or initials on Uniform Loan Applications

·         Ensuring that documents are filled out completely – Statements of Information, PCORs, Notice of Right to Cancel, Patriot Act forms, etc.

·         For Notice of Right to Cancel docs, ensuring that the signers enter the correct dates

·         Ensuring that signers sign their name according to the instructions

·         For Trustee signings, making sure the signers sign according to the client’s instructions

Finally, in order to provide an effective and efficient closing, I provide the following:

·         Constant communication with the Signing Service and signer(s) (available via text, call, email)

·         Reliable transportation

·         A dual laser printer

·         Laptop and mobile scanner for quick scan backs

·         Immediate drop off to FedEx/UPS
