As a certified NSA agent, I understand that I’m an extension of your professionalism when it comes to servicing the client.  I strongly believe in being altruistic with borrowers by setting a comfortable tone at the signing table and guiding them through all loan documents . With that, I triple check documents at the end of each signing to avoid funding conditions and/or jeopardizing a rate lock. In addition, I am a member of the National Notary Association and the American Society of Notaries.  I understand the importance of how essential it is to keep abreast with California Notary laws and association updates. I am flexible with time/travel and focused on getting loan docs dropped off ASAP (same day when possible); I'm also able to do same day scan backs as needed.  Lastly, I'm certified in loan signings by way of the National Notary Association (NSA) and the Loan Signing System (LSS).  I HIGHLY enjoy this industry and my line of work!
