Punctuality, efficiency, and confidently providing a brief overview of the documents, as well as, promptly scanning documents back to the signing service, is essential for a successful closing. My goal is to provide error free service by completing a thorough quality review during and after each signing.  If an error is made, quickly correcting the error to maintain the timeline for funding the loan is essential. Current equipment and technology:  mobile scanner, dual tray duplex printer, laptop, cell phone.   Knowledge of loan docs and Arizona notary laws gained through NNA training and Notary2Notary.
