Hey guys! My name is Peter Yang and am based in Long Beach, CA but work all over Los Angeles to Orange County. I know that I am basically an extension of you guys, who decide to choose me to do the signing with the customer. For that very reason, I am here to deliver great customer service, develop lasting relationships, guide the clients through the documents while remaining in my boundaries(no legal advice), not missing a signature, initial, date or stamps, and if needed, to make calls to the escrow/lender for any appropriate questions. Also, If there happens to be anything missing, I will make sure to go back to the clients house to get it fixed without problem. I look to build relationships with you. Not just jobs.
