I specialize in real estate and mortgage loan documents with experience notarizing loan documents such as refinance, HELOC, and reverse mortgage loan documents. My general notary work experience includes structured settlements, debt signings, auto signings, affidavits, estate planning documents, bank, health care, and power of attorney documents. I am capable of performing scan backs and/or fax backs upon request. I also have a  mobile scanner and printer to bring onsite. Additionally, signers may choose to come by my office upon request.
