I have 25 years’ experience in the Customer Service Industry. With this experience I lead the way in problem solving, I create an atmosphere for a great customer experience, I communicate effectively, I pay attention to details, and I am well organized to ensure the signing is completed effortlessly. I trained through the National Notary Association on Notary Essentials and NSA Certified. I am proficient in various types of closing documents such as purchase and seller documents, refinance documents, HELOC's and reverse mortgages. I am also Loan Signing System Certified (LSS) with knowledge in PCOR, Certification of Trust, etc. I provide my service as a professional to ensure we become Partners in Success because Your Business Is My Priority. I service a 60-mile radius in Shelby, Fayette, Tipton, Lauderdale, Crockett counties and other surrounding areas.
