Please allow me to introduce myself; my name is Francenia Johnson, and I am a Notary and Loan Signing agent. I am bonded and insured via Western Surety Company and Surety Bonding Company of America. I also have a clear background check conducted via National Notary Association. As a Notary Signing Agent, I serve a wide range of areas. I not only serve Shelby County TN but also willing to drive at least 75-100 miles from my immediate area. I travel to the clients’ location to administer oaths and affidavits, notarize signatures on Acknowledgments and Jurats as well as thoroughly complete information on Loan Signings such as Loan Refinance, Buyer/ Seller Packages /Veteran’s Loan, HELOC, and Loan Modifications. I am a retired training manager after 40 years in the utility industry. In the utility industry, as well as training and development, keeping up with current rules, regulations, and laws is absolutely necessary. It means one has to have self development at the top of their list. This business is no different to me. I am a self starter and motivated to doing my very best at all times. I have worked in both corporate America and retail. I've also been in independent marketing. My customer service, leadership and communication skills are good. I've dealt with people from all levels and backgrounds. I am also proficient in various computer systems. Planning and organizing my work is very important. It ensures that all t's are crossed and all dots are in place. Timeliness is, of course, extremely important. It makes everything possible to flow smoothly so deadlines can be met.
