 I carefully go over each document to be sure that every signature, date, and initial has been thoroughly filled out. Every client is patiently and efficiently guided through each document and instructed to fill out their portions via my contracting companies’ guidelines. If for any reason a mistake is made, I will be sure to make it right & correct it as fast as possible!

Once the signing is completed, I always call or email my contracting company to bring them up to speed on how the signing went. After that if scan backs are needed, they will be uploaded, then documents are shipped off in a prompt and timely manner.
