I have over 15 years prior experience in the Mortgage Banking Industry. My roles included Loan Originator, Loan Processor, Loan Underwriter, Loan Closer, and Loan Shipper. I am experienced with: FHA/VA/CONV Refis, FHA/VA/CONV Purchases, Seller Packages, Helocs, Piggyback Loans, Reverse Mortgage (Application and Closing), Loan Modifications, Automobile Transactions, POAs, QC Deed, Warranty Deed, Trust Certifications and all areas of General Notary Work. I work with several Title Companies/Signing Services throughout the US. I obtained my training as a Loan Signing Agent from the National Notary Association. I am background screened annually and I carry a $100,000 E&O Insurance Policy. I understand the importance of the Loan Package being executed flawlessly. I understand the critical nature of ensuring that signatures (signing name as it appears on the documents), initials, dates, and notarizations are done right the first time as this can be a costly matter if not done so. I am not afraid to contact the Lender or the Title Company representative at the signing table when the Clients have questions as I understand my role is not to give advise and/or answer questions. I carefully review the Loan Package upon receipt and if I notice anything missing or have questions after reviewing the documents, I make a list and contact the appropriate person to have items addressed before I meet with the Client(s). I represent you at the Signing Table and rest assured I am professional in all aspects as well as personable. I love my role as a Mobile Notary Signing Agent and Notary Public. I take my role seriously as your representative. I take my Notarial Acts seriously and will never do anything that would jeopardize my livelihood or yours.
