I'm a notary who will ensure that your borrower has a great experience.  I am very personable and I will make sure the signers are comfortable and confident about the documents to be signed.  I will meticulously go over documents to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003.  If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.  I will also make sure all documents will be returned promptly and on time.   You can rest assure that you will have a quality signing with me.
