I go above and beyond for my clients. I don't miss Fed-Ex drop off times and I understand the importance of making sure documents get mailed and scan back in a timely manner. I understand the importance of making sure everything is signed so it doesn't cost funding conditions. I am available anytime 24/7. Holidays, early mornings, late night and weekends. When getting it done "Right" the first time, I'm the loan signing agent to call. I make sure "ALL" forms are filled out completely and properly including "PCOR". I'm punctual to all my appointments. I will drive two hours away to get docs back the same day.
