A little about me.. I have been a Property Manager for 22 years. I was getting burnt out and seeking something else to do as a career. I stumbled across an ad for a Loan Singing Agent and it sparked my interest. I've signed 100's of leases in my days as a Property Manager. I also sold Manufactured Homes for awhile in which I did all the loan paperwork from start of sale to the closing. So with that being said I started researching becoming a Loan Signing Agent. 

My research started in November 2023. I reached out to some talent that I came across and they mentored me in my quest. So it was time in December to obtain my commission. I wanted to invest in myself and make a new career for myself.  I went thru the National Notary Commission and was certified as a Loan Signing Agent in January 2024.  I'm new but have completed around 25 signings. 

My goal is to become a top Signing Agent in my area. I love assisting people and have met some very nice people so far. The constant change is nice and I love to travel around and see different areas that I maybe haven't visited before. 

I plan to add fingerprinting and a few other add on's to my business in the future. I also am open to doing occupancy inspections and photos.
