Hello, I'm Nikki!! Since 2019, I have been notarizing documents in the greater Peoria County, IL area.  I am a LSS, NNA certified member, Fidelity approved notary, and Notary Nerd University student.  I am an incredibly detailed-oriented person striving for perfection on EACH and EVERY assignment.  I believe as a home-owner and real estate investor that this is an important attribute, to be SURE real estate transactions close and fund without delay!!
