I’m highly educated and well trained in loan docs, as wells as Notary Ca. laws. I’m always continuing my education as well, in any way possible. I pay close attention to detail by going over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, Note, Deed Of Trust to ensure they are filled out properly. I also have the borrowers fill out all forms in a packet. My rule is, if it comes in the packet, fill it out. PCOR’s Trusts Certs, Statement of Info, etc. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing to fix it ASAP. The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my nearest FedEx drop off times) I can also do scan backs before drop off. I will keep you informed throughout the whole process. I will ensure that the borrower has a great signing experience. I'm safely working through Covid. Wearing masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves, bringing pens to leave with borrower, sanitizing journal, ink pad, etc.
