I believe in displaying professionalism within safety and social distance measures to protect myself and the signer. I will used my customer service to bridge the documentation connection between borrowers, verifying signatures, notarizations and timeliness of delivery. I am willing to conduct loan closing assignments day or night even weekends. Let me show you that I will not miss any dates, initials and signatures for your signing (Refinances, Loan Modifications, etc. I understand the purpose for the PCOR form, statement of information, patriot act form or disbursements of proceeds.

Any mistakes will be immediately communicated with the Lender and/or Signing Services to rectify all mishaps.

All borrowers specific questions outside of my brief description will be directed back to the Signing Services and/or Lender for clarification.
