I am a 22-year veteran of the Armed Forces, serving as a Warrant Officer Helicopter Pilot. Military training in operations, planning, and management uniquely qualify me for any position of leadership. I hold a Master degree from Liberty University and is a notary public/signing agent/remote online notary with the state of Virginia. I have the experience of buying and selling multiple personal residential properties and has attended several seminars to expand my real estate knowledge. Notary experience with all required closing signings. I enjoy conducting remote online notaries as a means to satisfy a client contactless... allowing the notary and client safe during the pandemic. The majority of our business will be to purchase and develop properties, as well as, a fully functional one stop notary service-signing agency. We will also specifically target opportunities to help communities through channels that provide housing for displaced veterans and high-risk mothers with children. All of our residential assets will have spaces dedicated to these audiences at reduced prices. Our business will also work with military installations that have insufficient military housing options so that service members and their families will be able to enjoy on-post benefits at an off-post location. Williamson & Williamson (REDC) will provide real estate asset management services to maximize the value and return on investment of various properties, this includes finding the highest and most consistent sources of revenue, reducing expenditures whenever possible and exercising risk management. Providing university housing for financially challenged students is another avenue that will be offered for various communities. A key aspect of our business will be to act as a Signing Agent which offers nationwide mobile and digital notary services for Title Companies, Mortgage Lenders and Escrow Companies.
