As a Notary Signing Agent, I understand that I represent YOU and that my performance at the closing table is imperative to the success of YOUR business. I understand the importance of being impartial but not uneducated and always make sure your borrowers know exactly what they are signing by guiding them through every document. My goal as a Notary Signing Agent is to provide your clients with a flawless, stress free signing. I am knowledgeable and detail oriented. I double and triple check documents to ensure that signatures, initials and dates are not missed and are properly filled out. I verify the Notice of Right to Cancel is complete, filled out and dated properly. I WILL make sure your docs are dropped off at Fed Ex or UPS as soon as possible after the signing and checking of the docs. I will always notify you upon closing completion and when to expect to receive signed docs. I will track the docs until they arrive to you!
