I am NNA, NSA and LSS Certified as well as having $1 million E&O. I have completed approximately 1500 signings with experience with seller, purchase, HELOC and refinance loans. I will be an educated, extended part of your company. I will patiently walk your borrowers through their closing documents, checking for correct signatures, dates and initials. I'll make sure they initial any changes with the Notice of Right to Cancel and always check for legible dates and completed forms as in trust certifications, statement of information and the disbursement of proceeds. I know about the signature line on the top part of the 1003 and the tiny box to check on the 4506-T. I will return the docs immediately after the signing or the next morning if the signing was late. I take this job very seriously and absolutely hate to make mistakes. I have references that will contest to my diligence.
