I am Sally Tinkle, founder of www.azmobilenotaryplus.com  where my role as a Notary is to act as an impartial public official to positively identify a person in a transaction, plus preside over the signing of mortgage-related documents as Loan Signing Agent.

I am Arizona commissioned, NNA trained, insured, background screened and certified, as well as LSS educated/trained.
