I am a detail-oriented professional Notary that will guide your clients through their loan signing appointments. My credentials include that I'm educated, certified and background screened through the National Notary Association and bonded with a $1,000,000 E & O policy.

If you need someone who is Fidelity Approved and TRID Certified, I am subcontracted to be able to handle that for you.  My experience in loan signings includes: Applications, HELOC, Loan Modifications, Refinance and Reverse Mortgages.  I have worked directly with local Realtors, Escrow Officers and Loan Officers assisting buyers and sellers with closing their signings in a timely manner.   If there is a question, we will call you immediately to make sure that your client's questions are answered.  

Additionally,  I'm well-versed with Affidavits, Estate Wills & Trusts, Oath & Affirmations, Titles and small documents requiring notarizations. My work is always accurate and completed in a prompt, timely manner while always giving your clients my undivided attention. I can adapt to a situation and I'm sensitive to any special needs of the individuals involved in the transaction.

Denise is a 17 year business owner with a meticulous eye for details. She can provide loan signings both as a mobile Notary and in-office at a title company. Her availability is in the south east valley of Arizona including: San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Gold Canyon, Gilbert, Mesa, Florence, Chandler, Coolidge and can even drive to Kearny, Superior or Globe, if needed.
