I have over 30 years of experience as a mobile Notary Public in Genesee County. I have over 3 years of experience as a mobile Loan signing agent in mid-Michigan primarily serving Genesee County, Shiawasee, Saginaw, Lapeer.   As a retired social worker and senior administrator I am organized, very reliable and dependable. I have excellent oral communication skills, pay attention to details and deadlines.  I stay abreast of changing laws and I am always seeking valuable training.  I have experience working with diverse populations and will perform duties properly and ethically. My  experience includes all types of mortgages including buyer/seller, refinances, loan applications, loan modifications, debt settlements, partial claims, annuities, SBA loans,  reverse and VA mortgages to name a few.

I am able to relate and have patience with borrowers particularly seniors. I always thank veterans for their service when doing any VA loans. I practice Covid19 safe signings. I make every effort to ensure accurate signings while being attentive to clients confidentiality. I am able to describe the purpose of real estate documents without giving advice. I have a smart phone and will accept e-docs, i have a mobile scanner and laser dual-tray printer so documents will always print to actual size.
