Nicole Rubin

I am Nicole Rubin, I have been a notary since 2014. I gained experience conducting notarial services, such as loan documents, power of attorney, living wills, guardianships and more while working for  the State of Michigan. I am currently working as the Clinician Coordinator in a private practice counseling office and perform notarial services for the office and clients. I am National Notary Association Certified (NNA) and background screened. I am RON commissioned in the State of Michigan. I am currently conducting signings through multiple signing agencies and title companies. I have performed numerous notarial acts during my commission.  I have signed Refinance, Buyer Only, Seller Only, Heloc, Conventional, and VA loans documents to name a few. I proud myself on being Punctual, Positive, and  Professional. I am Reliable, Courteous and Efficient. I maintain the utmost care and respect to all parties involved.  My service areas include Genesee County and surrounding areas, Saginaw, Bay, Oakland, Macomb, Sterling Heights, Oxford, and Lapeer counties. I will work and negotiate areas outside of my coverage area.
