My name is Ryan Harris, owner of Sign Here Notary LLC. I am a loan signing agent in Jacksonville, FL and I want to introduce myself.

I would like a moment to explain as to why you should call me directly, and make me a preferred agent in Central and Northern FL. I understand: 

• - The importance of getting documents to FedEX same day regardless of how many signings I have. 

• - If you require a scan back I will always scan to you as requested. 

• -  Most importantly I understand that an incomplete signing causes missed rate locks for a mortgage officer, and for a buyer to miss close of escrow which makes you look bad.

• - If I get a signing from you I will make it on time. 

• - I will do my best to never miss any dates, signatures or initials which will cause funding conditions. 

• - I will never miss the notary sections of documents there is nothing worse than a signing agent who misses stamps. 

• - I am not picky about appointment times. 

• - I know I need to call you first if any errors are found on loan documents and not just cross out and initial them without prior permission from you. 

• - I know how to split docs and not charge for that. 

• - I have a flat fee structure and will never charge for extra distance traveled or last day of the month signings.
