My training and experience comes from working with a dedicated and experienced signing agent that has been doing closings the last 15 years and continuous education and training. I have background check clearance. I am State Bonded and Insured and have state approval to perform Remote Online Notarizations. I am currently taking a Title Agent Prelicensure course with The Koogler Group to obtain my Title Agent licenses. Closings include: Reverse Mortgages, HELOCs, Refinances, 1st and 2nd mortgages, New Construction, Debt Settlements, Broker Packages, REO Purchases, SBA Loans and E-Signings. Familiar with all loan types: FHA, VA, Conventional. Over 10,00 closings to date and 9 years experience. I have people skills and get along with people very well. I have an outstanding error-free rating and expeditious turn-around time on returning documents. I am available 7 days a week from 8 am - 9 pm.
