I was in the title insurance and escrow business for over 30 years. I started First Security Title Company in 1987 and was the owner and manager until 1999 when I sold it to Lenders Title Company (Lenders Title Group). Lenders Title retained me as a manager until I retired in 2013. I have been a mobile Notary since then. I have closed thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions ranging from a few thousand dollars to tens of millions of dollars. I provide radical client satisfaction by exceeding the expectations of the customer.
