In 2024, I expanded my credentials by becoming a Certified Notary Signing agent through the National Association, allowing me to confidently facilitate real estate and loan document signings with accuracy and professionalism.

To date, I have completed more than 150 loan signings and understand the importance of attention to detail, timely communication, and exceptional customer service. I strive to ensure that every borrower has a smooth, positive signing experience while carefully following the lender's and title company's instructions to help prevent delays or funding issues.

I proudly serve clients throughout Central Arkansas and am committed to being punctual, organized, and responsive. Whether handling refinance packages, purchase transactions, HELOCs, seller packages, loan modifications, reverse mortgages, or general notarial acts, I approach every assignment with integrity and a dedication to excellence.
