•              Industry experienced in real estate and mortgage origination, 2005-2009

I've been providing loan signing services for 8 years and have completed 1,000+ closings.

I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cause a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or just give everyone involved a headache. I’m an extension of your professionalism and knowledge of loan documents.
