I have excellent knowledge of loan documents and the confidence to help guide your clients through a seamless loan signing.  Ensuring forms like PCOR, Certification of Trust, 593C, and Right to Cancel are filled out completely. 

I have extensive experience with real estate closings including purchases (buyers, sellers & commercial), refinances, Home Equity loans / lines of credit and HECM / reverse mortgages.  I have been fully vaccinated for Covid-19.  I am Fidelity approved and I am available M-F 24/7 Saturday 24/7.  I cover the Central Valley, San Joaquin,  and Stanislaus Counties.  Dual tray printer and scanner.
