I am required to maintain the following licenses: The State of Indiana Notary Commission, bond ($5,000.00), NNA background check, Errors, and Omission policy ($50,000.00), Indiana Title Producer License, Legal Shield Policy. I have been closing Real Estate loans since April 2015 successfully. I am familiar with FHA, VA, HELOC, and conventional loans. I have also closed cash purchases and done disclosures (loan applications). Immediately after receiving an order, I confirm the appointment time and signing location with the signer. I read and familiarize myself with the documents/instructions before arriving at the signing location. If funds are required I make sure the borrower is aware of the amount and whether he or she is to provide a certified check or a personal one. If problems arise at the closing table, I suggest borrower call their Loan Officer. I do not leave until I go over the package to make sure all necessary signatures, initials, and notarization have been done. I am a Notary Signing Agent certified by the National Notary Association (NNA) and have all required licenses and certifications to close any Real Estate transactions in the State of Indiana.
