Hello. My name is Jennifer Hudson. I’m a RON, biBerk insured, Commissioned and Certified ILTA and NNA Notary Signing Agent. I have previous title searcher experience from working for an attorney until I was commissioned and certified in April 2020. I recently was a Title Processor/Notary Coordinator for an Indiana Title company until January of 2022. My Background check is through NNA and have over 7 years experience in the Title field and 10000 plus signings in completion. My recent signings have been reverse mortgages, helocs, refis, but also HUD, VA, cash sales, sellers packages, purchase mortgages, etc. I am also certified to perform to Ink Fingerprinting for my clients.
