My goal is to make the process smooth and efficient, and to provide an outstanding customer experience for everyone involved. This career is a great fit for me because I love helping people. As Notary Signing Agents, we play a vital role in people’s lives, typically at a time when big decisions and life changes are taking place. Being a mobile notary puts me in a great position to offer convenience and compassion to customers in a variety of circumstances. For instance, I enjoy celebrating the realized dreams of first time home buyers, but also have empathy for a homeowner who is selling because of a challenging situation. My priority is to exceed expectations by consistently having the systems in place that make the process seamless for everyone involved. I am thorough and seek to address any issues that may be identified before the signing, and to conduct signings in a professional, friendly and timely manner. I triple-check for errors, return documents promptly and use secure systems to protect your client’s confidential information. If I make the rare error, I fix it straight away. When not working I enjoy cycling, hiking, reading and learning about blockchain technologies.
