I want to make sure that your borrower has a wonderful signing experience and that I am an extension of you. I am very thorough and go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also make sure to double or even triple check very important documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out correctly. If there happens to be a situation where I make a mistake, I will make sure to fix it as soon as possible. I am aware of all my FedEx locations and drop off times therefore, your documents will be dropped off upon completing the signing with the client. I am able to be the signing agent for various real estate loan signings such as refinancing, HELOC, Adjustable Rate Mortgage, Reverse Mortgage, etc. I am available in the metro area of Savannah including: Savannah, Richmond Hill, Pooler, Guyton, Bloomingdale, Garden City, Rincon, and Hinesville.
