During closing I will always contact you if something is questionable to make sure all documents are performed correctly. I understand the small mistakes that can put funding in danger. I'm very diligent in making sure the signer executes the documents properly and always double check the files before leaving the signing. In addition I use a commercial grade laser printer, scanner combination so you will never receive documents with issues. I carry 100K E&O insurance and strive in customer service so I won't overbook myself to ensure that our clients have the best experience and are comfortable, never rushed.
