I started my signing business in 2017. Since then, I have done well over 500 signings. I believe in promptness and always arrive at the door 5 minutes prior to my appointment time, (even if I sit in my car waiting for the exact time to ring the bell.) I do not have any quality issues recorded against my signing record. I feel accuracy is the most important part of a signing. Your document package is returned in a folder with a binder clip, inside the carrier's pack, so the pages are never damaged. After being a Real Estate Broker for the past 32 years, I was looking for a business without a lot of follow-up once the job was done.
