2000 loans signed; With over 28 years in Mortgage Banking as a home loan consultant closing and funding both purchases, refinances, conventional, government, FHA, VA, home equity lines, and construction loans. My experience with all types of mortgage documents is vast and pertinent. I currently hold license #278889 from National Mortgage Licensing System since its inception in 2009, which required an extensive and detailed background search. I am able to demonstrate an understanding of any federal regulation that pertains to the performance of signing services, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, Tila, Respa, Facta and the USA Patriot. Since 1987, I have been employed in the mortgage divisions of JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo.
