--I have been a Virginia State Notary Public / Certified & Background Checked Signing Agent for more than 20 years. I operate as a Mobile Notary performing notary signing duties across the state of Virginia. I am authorized by the State of Virginia to acknowledge signatures, administer oaths, and certify copies. I print and prepare loan documents, review closing documents for accuracy in personal information, organized lender loan documents in preferred order and copied for physical presentation. I described closing documents and obtained signatures, notarized loan documents and other legal documents, fax or e-mail documents required by the signing companies immediately after signings completed. Interact with clientele from diverse sociocultural, educational, and ethnic backgrounds. --25+ years, I have provided visual inspections services for financial institutions, banks, mortgage lenders and insurance agencies. These duties include; field observations, staff interaction, compiling data, to verify information concerning personal property, residential policies and commercial businesses. I conduct residential and commercial property inspections to Identify and photograph hazards, upload photos and used field diagramming software. I plan and implement weekly and daily travel routes, working in a timely and efficient manner to meet company deadlines. I have demonstrated excellent driving skills and aptitude for technical reporting.
