I’m a Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent based in Southern California, and while still fairly new, I’ve managed to assist with over 50 successful Mortgage signings/closings, and I do with informative and impartial practice. I know the correct ways to issue various notarial certificates, as well as ensure that each set of forms within the documents are gone over and correctly signed. Once completed I always make sure to scan back docs as well as FedEx them the same day (or the morning after a night signing). I’ll always make do my job, well, responsibly, efficiency, and most importantly, with utmost care and consideration.
