I choose Mobile Notary/Signing Agent services because of my general work-life experience. As a matter of fact the reason I dove into Notary Public/NSA was because of a purchase my husband and I did. We experienced 2 local NSAs at our house. At that time I was working as a Correctional Officer in mandatory over time. They both came late in the evening. The first time, the date on the docs were wrong, so we did the signing, then had to do a "re-do". Even with that, I saw what a service it is to help people close their real estate packages when the buyer or seller have so many other things going on in their lives. Or, like my Mother, is 92 and preferred to have a one on one at home. Not long after, I told mandatory over time at the prison, Good Bye! Then Corona V became prevalent. I took the stay at home time for study time and had a blast. Notary Public Commission. Done. (Still reading and studying though) NNA, NSA studies, complete, passed, deemed trained and certified. Done (Still reviewing and studying though) Added Loan Signing Agent certification for a different perspective. Done. Back to Experience... scheduling appointments to meet with folks at their homes or preferred location? Been there, done that in both real estate and field interviewing. Being responsible for critical documents and personal information? Reading and following instructions--all my life. Am I perfect? No. I have made a couple of mistakes. The point is to take care of any mistake with integrity and get it taken care of as quickly as possible. I view all the people at different locations that have a vested interest in the transaction--as team members. I vow to answer communication in a timely fashion (right away), contact someone if I do not understand something. Keep calm and carry on:-) (I do have other income, so I am not dependent on a Mobile Notary/Signing Agent income, otherwise, I doubt I would be so brave.)
