Before becoming a full time Loan Signing Agents, I worked as a processor and an underwriter of these loans as Washington Mutual before it's demise. I have been a notary since 1984 . I'm also a still licensed Real Estate Broker, not salesperson. I'm also certified as a Tax Preparer by H & R. In other words, I cover the entire real estate field; the only thing I didn't do is to appraise these properties. I speak fluently Arabic, French and English and a lot of Spanish.
